Imagine stepping into your next class and feeling:
✨ less like you’re fighting your body or pushing it into a certain shape
✨ clearer about why some corrections never worked for you and what to do instead
✨ able to trust when something feels right or off inside your body
✨ more playful, while still deeply committed to progress
✨ more connected to your artistry before everything looks “perfect”
Join the dancers who’ve said this feels “refreshing and enlightening - less forcing, more allowing.”
You’ve been the
“good student” for years,
listening, practicing, caring deeply while still feeling...
NOT where you want to be.
👉🏼 Maybe you’ve heard the same corrections over and over again but they still don’t translate into your body.
👉🏼 Maybe you’ve quietly wondered: Am I too old? Is my body wrong for ballet? Why am I still not getting it?
👉🏼 But what if you are not the problem? What if it simply hasn’t been explained in a way your body can use?
What would it feel like to practise ballet and reliably recognize progress?
What would it feel like receiving little “green lights” from your body that guide you?
Not another correction in the collection.
Not more guessing whether you’re doing it right.
But an understanding of what is happening inside your body
so you can notice when something feels off, explore what needs to change and recognize the moment everything begins to fall into place.
Creating evidence in your ballet body you can trust.

Perhaps your ballet has been patchy...
You’ve hopped from class to class, collected plenty of corrections and built some real foundations yet you can still feel the pieces that are missing.
You don’t necessarily want a professional ballet education.
But you do want to feel more knowledgeable, more confident and more at home in what you’re doing.
Inside 'Stop Fighting your Anatomy - Start Leading your Artistry, you’ll get:
A five-part, self-paced journey from forcing and guessing to a clearer, more connected and self-led dancing.
Discover your leg axis and the exact location of your hip joint, so your bones can organize themselves more naturally and alignment feels less like something you have to force into place.
Learn the anatomy of your shoulder girdle so your arms can connect to your whole body instead of feeling like decoration added on afterward.
Uncover to “breathe the arms” instead of holding them. Because ease is not the absence of technique—it is something you can learn to create.
Shift into artist-leadership. You do not have to earn the right to be expressive through years of training. Start leading your artistry now—even if you only began ballet a few months ago.
Integrate everything you’ve explored and create your Dance Bag Manifesto: a portable reminder of how you want to practice, pay attention, and keep developing.
These teachings are for you if:
you keep receiving ballet corrections but they don’t translate into your body;
you want to understand the “why,” not just copy the shape;
you’re ready to explore anatomy, sensation, and artistry together;
you want ballet to feel more connected without becoming less ambitious;
you are a beginner or experienced dancer who is curious about your own way of learning.
These teachings are NOT for you if:
you want a one-off personal correction;
you’re looking for drills without explanation;
you're seeking for a shortcut;
you’re not interested in noticing, questioning, and experimenting.

I created this because I’ve seen too many intelligent, devoted adult dancers trying to solve every ballet problem with more effort.
They love ballet and still feel disappointed by how they dance it.
They know they’re capable of more but feel stuck at the same level.
They keep receiving corrections but the words don’t reach their bodies.
They try to push themselves into the “right” shape and gradually lose the joy, freedom and expression that brought them to ballet in the first place.
Your ballet does not need more:
“Maybe I’m just not good enough.”
“I should be better by now.”
“I need to force myself to work harder.”
It needs:
✨ explanations your body can understand and use
✨ anatomical knowledge that helps things finally make sense
✨ a playful intelligence that is still passionate about progress
✨ a practice that becomes more and more your own
This is THE BALLET CODE™️ approach:
🚀 We don’t teach ballet only from the outside in.
We help you understand what is happening on the inside.
🚀 We don’t keep repeating corrections that aren’t reaching you.
We translate them into language your body can use.
🚀 We don’t push your body into a predetermined shape.
We help you work with your body towards your own ballet shape.
🚀 We don’t demand progress through pressure. We create enough safety to try, fail, explore and try again.
🚀 We don’t train you to depend on another correction.
We help you become your own teacher.
🚀 We keep ballet playful while remaining deeply passionate about progress.

Jobina came to me thinking she just had to work harder with her body and it was exhausting her. In our first (!!) session, that shifted — not through correction, but by rewiring what she believed ballet was supposed to feel like. She calls it "clearing the crap out of her mind."
One session. A 180.
She's since signed up again and again…lol, for both group and private work.
Nathalie knew something in her ballet technique was off, but didn't know how to change it. Working together, she finally understood why she'd struggled — not because she was "too stupid" or had "the wrong body," stories she'd quietly carried for years.
She learned to trust her body enough to change whatever she wants to change in it. Not a one-time fix. A skill she now carries into whatever comes next.

Hi, I’m Ramona —
founder of THE BALLET CODE™️.

Hi, I’m Ramona, a ballet late starter, a mentor to adult ballet dancers worldwide, and a teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience.
Why I'm teaching: I saw adults being asked to copy-paste movements, without being invited into the learning itself.
They were shown what to do but where was the space to understand, question, explore and make decisions about their own dancing?
That observation shaped why I created LET’S PLAY BALLET™ and THE BALLET CODE™. I want adult dancers to be active participants in their learning - not simply good at following instructions.
My work brings together ballet technique, dance anatomy and biomechanics, somatic exploration, motor imagery, mindfulness, improvisation and play. I studied dance medicine in Vienna and wrote my thesis on playful approaches to teaching adult amateur dancers -exploring how play can support effective learning that lasts.
I bring ideas, questions and anatomical clarity. You bring your experience, curiosity and what you notice in your body.
The goal isn’t to leave you dependent on my next correction. It’s to help you develop the understanding to keep exploring for yourself.
Let's GO!! 🔥🚀🩰🦄

A Heart Note...
Ballet doesn’t have to feel like trying to inhabit a shape that was never yours.
You can understand your body from the inside. You can trust what you feel. You can be playful and still deeply ambitious.
You can stop collecting corrections and begin developing the knowledge to continue working for yourself.
It’s not about the ballet shape. It’s about discovering your own.
I want you to know that I work with a lot of highly intuitive and creative adult ballet dancers.
Which means if you feel the pull and sense that something about these teachings is different: You're right.
I invite you into more feeling, more playfulness and experimenting with your body and the ballet steps.
For some this is the absolute game-changer -
and I say this with confidence.
Simona is a professional dancer — years of training, deep bodywork knowledge. After her third pregnancy, she wanted more than a postpartum class. She wanted to rewire her whole system from the inside out.
She says she gained real profoundness working together, and had to relearn how to learn in the first place.
But I didn't hand her more technique. I asked her what she wanted, how she wanted to feel — and that question led her somewhere deeper than she expected.
Karo kept getting the same corrections in class. They never made a difference — not because she wasn't listening, but because the words weren't reaching her.
What changed things:
I translated what her teachers had been telling her all along, into a language her body could actually use.
In her own words: "I started to feel more like a dancer and was encouraged to think big."
